Criteria:

Can demonstrate that during their public procurement career to date they have:

• Shown a commitment to establishing a career within public procurement
• Delivered results beyond expectations
• Demonstrated awareness and understanding of existing and new public procurement initiatives
• Developed their own skills/knowledge either through formal learning or networking/collaboration
• Demonstrate tangible achievements or innovation in their work

Other:

• Must have supporting statement from current or immediate prior manager
• Aged below 30 at June 4, 2009
