consistent with the principles of good commissioning
and Compact Code of Funding and Procurement

Have delivered beneficial outcome(s) to society
or a specific community, particularly with
those considered hard to reach

Have demonstrated innovative thinking and/or
a fresh approach to involvement of the third
sector in public service delivery
