• Have delivered quantifiable and sustainable environmental, social or community benefit as a result of their procurement activities
• Have recognised the needs of individuals, the local community or the environment within their procurement activities
• Have demonstrated a long-term approach to procurement activities
• Have involved a broad range of stakeholders within their procurement process – eg local communities, interest groups, suppliers, third sector
