The category is open to both existing and new suppliers to the public sector, and reflects the important role small businesses can play in delivering innovative solutions.

Criteria:

• Have added value by adopting an innovative or creative approach to addressing the requirements of the contract and its delivery
• Have demonstrated to a public sector organisation measurable benefits of working with a small business
• Have demonstrated a high level of collaboration and/or partnership with the buyer
• Have delivered a service which meets or exceeds the expectations of the buyer and end users
